Rather than hearing theory, you will actually see how a Kanban system works. You will feel the tension as you make trade-offs between utilization and cost-of-delay. You'll see how classes of service work, and what they're good for. You'll collect metrics and construct your own Cumulative Flow Diagram, Control Chart, and Lead Time Distribution Chart.
