**About the Speaker:**
As a Business Analyst by trade, Leslie J. Morse has lived this. She worked as an analyst at a Fortune 50 retailer and was ultimately managing a team of 24 other very competent BAs when leadership decided to convert a 275+ eCommerce team from Waterfall to Agile.
