Assume that a team is quite good a decomposing work and consistently delivering it in a timely manner. If this were the case, how would it change the way you work? Teaching tools like story mapping and product slicing, this session will challenge you to apply these ideas to your product or domain so you leave with more than just ideas. Unlike delivery, product design is clumsy and non-linear, and you are often wrong. Thankfully, quicker delivery provides a vehicle to learn faster and steer towards the most valuable product and the best user experiences.
