Since 2001, I have been immersed in Agile & Lean thinking and practices. From the beginning, I was drawn into large-scale transformation initiatives, especially the change and cultural aspects. I love to work at all levels of an organization, from teams and their managers to project offices and execs. I have educated thousands of people, coached scores of teams and worked with well over a hundred managers. I am currently writing a book entitled Coaching the Agile Enterprise, to be published by Addison-Wesley in the Mike Cohn series. I have extensive training as a professional coach and as a professional facilitator, and am certified in both fields. I have a masters degree in psychology. In 2010 I co-founded the Agile Coaching Institute with my friend and business partner, Lyssa Adkins. We are blessed to have a mission of helping build agile coaching as a profession and bring transformational tools to agile coaches all over the world.
