I've worked in web and software development since 1997, starting as a web developer and gaining experience in project management, information architecture, web channel management and user experience.

As a User Experience Specialist at Red Gate I design tools which take the pain out of delivering software. I enjoy developing and contributing to local UX communities and co-organise the Cambridge Usability Group events. I'm a keen sketchnoter and look forward to sketching a few of the talks at Agile 2013.
