Russell is a Lean and Kanban practitioner. He's the creator of the popular getKanban Board Game, and a co-founder of Vimaly, a soon-to-be-released next-generation visual management tool (this year, he promises!). Russell comes from Wellington, New Zealand, and has attended all but one of the annual LeanKanban North America conferences, presenting in several of them. He has deep insights and creative solutions to share, having worked with Lean and Kanban in knowledge work for nearly ten years.
